1. CDL Class A Truck Driver
Location: Nationwide (OTR)
Type: Full-Time | W2 or 1099

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) freight transportation. You will be responsible for delivering freight safely and on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
​
Roles & Responsibilities:

Safely operate company-assigned trucks and trailers
-
Transport freight to and from specified locations
-
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
-
Maintain accurate E-Logs using ELD systems
-
Adhere to FMCSA and DOT regulations
-
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
-
Perform minor truck maintenance as needed
-
Represent BLN Transports with professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license
-
Clean MVR and background check
-
Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience
-
Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
-
Willingness to be on the road 2–3 weeks at a time
2. Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Remote or Hattiesburg, MS
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Description:
The Dispatch Coordinator will schedule loads, manage driver routes, and act as a communication hub between drivers, shippers, and receivers.
​
Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch operations
-
Secure loads through brokers and direct shippers
-
Optimize driver routes for efficiency and profit
-
Track shipments and provide updates to clients
-
Maintain compliance records and load documentation
-
Resolve issues or delays in real-time
​
Requirements:
-
Dispatching experience preferred
-
Strong communication and multitasking skills
-
Familiarity with TMS and load board platforms (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
-
Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
